GENERAL ASSEMBLY of the Norwegian-Bulgarian Business Group

The Managing Board of the Norwegian-Bulgarian Business Group has the pleasure to invite you to its General Assembly (GA). The GA will take place on 18.11.2020, 16:00h online. Link to the event will be sent by email to all the members.

The Agenda of the GA is:

• Opening words by Anders Stølan, Chairperson of the Norwegian-Bulgarian Business Group (NBBG)
• Approval of the way of convocation of the GA, moderated by Miriana Alexandrova Executive Director NBBG
• Approval of the Agenda of the GA, moderated by Miriana Alexandrova, Executive Director
• NBBG
• Report on the activities and finances of NBBG for 2019, Bistra Papazova, Deputy Chairperson
• NBBG. Approval of the report and annual accounts for 2019 by the members
• Plans 2021 – discussion with the members, moderated by Madlena Vladimirova, Board Member NBBG and Miriana Alexandrova, Executive Director NBBG
• GA conclusion

In case the number of the members attending the GА is not sufficient, the GА is postponed for 17.00h, keeping the same agenda. After that the GА can take decisions regardless of the number of members attending it.
