General Meeting held on the 17th of May

The members of NBBG attended the General Meeting held on the 17th of May at Telenor’s premises.

We were happy to have H.E. Mrs. Tove Bruvik Westberg, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Norway to the Republic of Bulgaria as our guest of honor.

During the General Meeting NBBG’s annual accounts and activities for 2016 and budget for 2017 were presented.

The members took decisions on the following strategic issues:

• Changes of the Statutes
• Approval of membership fees
• Termination of the mandate of the current Managing Board
• Introduction of the candidates for Managing Board and the election of members of the Board for new two-year term

New Managing Board was elected:

• Irina Vasilevska (Telenor) – Chairperson
• Albena Eftenova (PharmaLex) – Deputy Chairperson
• Stoyan Boev (ICB) – Board member
• Bistra Papazova (coBuilder) – Board member
• Madlena Vladimirova (Green Business Norway ) – Board member
