Presenting NBBG Career Show 2019

We had the pleasure to present NBBG at Career Show 2019 – an event that gathered over 150 major employers and over 2000 candidates.

Our Board member Madlena Vladimirova, Market Director Green Business Norway presented NBBG and the Norwegian approach in the life-work balance. She talked about how important equality and tolerance are for the Norwegian business culture and how the organizations benefit from providing a short working week and a long vacation for its employees. She mentioned the efficiency of the working process and the decision making process as a result of the unformal communication and flat organizational structure, and the importance of a comfortable work place for having a relaxed working day.
