Upcoming events in Oslo 30.03 and 31.03. – “Sustainable Growth, Green Solutions, CSR, Innovation, Nearshoring”
The Norwegian-Bulgarian Business Group (NBBG) organizes a series of events in Oslo, Norway, on “Sustainable Growth, Green Solutions, CSR, Innovation and Nearshoring” on March 30 and March 31, 2022.
Some of the events will be held under the patronage of the Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria in the Kingdom of Norway. Guest of honour is the Ambassador of Bulgaria to Norway, H.E. Vera Shatilova.
The majour goal of the initiative is to identify new opportunities for closer cooperation between Bulgaria and Norway in the frame of the new economic situation and to give Bulgarian companies a better understanding of the Norwegian social model, the CSR policy and Norwegian business ethics.
The forum is a platform that will provide companies with the opportunity to establish contacts with potential partners and discuss future cooperation. Leading Norwegian organizations such as the Norwegian Confederation of Enterprise, Enterprise Europe Norway, StartUp Norway, Abelia (tbc), as well as private companies are invited to participate in the event.
“Our goal is to promote Bulgaria as a safe destination for doing business in and to present to our Norwegian partners our members – reliable and innovative Bulgarian companies that produce highly competitive goods and services. On the other hand we would like to build a better understanding of the Norwegian business ethics and CSR among our members, as it is of big importance for them if they would like to do business with Norwegian partners” – commented the Executive Director of NBBG Ms. Miriana Alexandrova.
The visit to Norway is funded under the EEA and Norway Grants, 2014-2021, Social Dialogue – Decent Work Program. The project promoter is the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, partners are NBBG the and the Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise (NHO).
The event in Norway is also open for Bulgarian companies that are not members of the NBBG, but have an interest in working on the Norwegian market.
