Knowledge exchange and networking opportunities during our event in Oslo on the 1st of June
NBBG organized a knowledge exchange and networking seminar in Oslo in cooperation with the Norwegian Confederation of Enterprise (NHO), Telenor Bulgaria and Green Business Norway.
The seminar focused on sustainable development, CSR and green solutions, social initiatives and networking. NBBG’s members had the opportunity to present their companies together with some Norwegian entities during a pitching session.
A special guest of the event was the former Ambassador of Norway to Bulgaria, Mrs. Guro Katharina Vikør. She shared her personal view about the challenges and opportunities Bulgaria offers and talked about the establishment of NBBG and its importance for the bilateral relations.
Anne Lise Rognlidalen, Programme Manager Innovation Norway presented the business opportunities in the frame of Norway Grants and spoke about some focus areas of support.
The participants had the opportunity to learn more about NHO, the industrial relations in Norway and the importance of sustainable development from NHO’s representatives. Telenor presented its experience in CSR and doing business in Bulgaria and Green Business Norway talked about environmental technology and renewable energy solutions.
Irina Vasilevska, Chairperson of NBBG presented the business climate in Bulgaria and NBBG and its members.
A follow up event in Sofia is planned for the 30th of August.
